Our monthly Open Mic Night is coming up soon and it is an event not to be missed! Join us for a night featuring the very best in local and visiting talent...YOU!
Open Mic Night
Experience the magic and talent of Wigtownshire at the Open Mic Night on Friday the 8th March! Join us for an evening filled with diverse, unique performances ranging from live music to spoken word and poetry. Whether you're an inspiring artist or a supportive listener the stage is open to all! Please come along and share your creativity in an encouraging, welcoming atmosphere that celebrates everyone! Performance slots are available throughout the night, and we welcome all types of acts, styles, genres, ages and abilities. Don’t fancy getting up on stage? Then just come along and enjoy!
Our venue also has a liscensed bar filled with the very best local brewers and distillers have to offer. Draught beers from the fantastic Five Kingdoms Brewery at nearby Isle of Whithorn, plus the superb Hills & Harbour, Galloway Gin and 24/7 vodka from just up the road in Newton Stewart from the popular Crafty Distillery; a 'must visit' when in Newton Stewart. There's the fabulous Sky Garden gin from Dark Art Distillery in nearby Kirkcudbright, gins and vodkas from Solway Spirits in Annan and bottled beers from Borderlands Brewery in Langholm!
£5 entry, Performers enter free. This event is family and pet friendly!

If you're planning on booking for Astoria for your Christmas party night out this year, please make sure you do so earlier rather than later as tickets are going fast! To help with numbers, there is a choice of two shows this year, Saturday 13th December, or Tuesday 22nd December. Don't delay!
