Unoccupied and boarded up since 2017, Scottish charity Trad Music Trust developed this former bank premises into one of the region's most exciting new live music and performing arts venues.

The Vault Arts Centre is perfectly located in the heart of Newton Stewart, has modern facilities including bar and staff and is fully wheelchair accessible.

Professional PA system and lighting, stage, kitchen, seating for 30, Internet access and wheelchair accessible throughout.

TVYP meetings provide an opportunity for members to plan their events, activities and projects at The Vault Arts Centre.

We encourage everyone to join us this Friday the 13th at 7pm for a night of amazing performances all delivered to you by the best local talent. We welcome all performers wither you are a musician, comedian or anything else in between. Adult tickets are only 5 pounds with under 18s costing 3 pounds.

Open Mic Night

Our Open Mic Night returns this Friday the 13th! Join the very best local and visiting musicians. Performers enter for free. Adults £5 and Under 18s £3! This event is family friendly and pet friendly. There is also a fully stocked bar in house serving all the local favorites! Including beer from WEST Brewery, Borderlands Brewery and Five Kingdoms Brewery. Fresh pure apple cider from Lost Orchards Brewery. A fine selection of whiskeys from Bladnoch Distillery and a brilliant selection of rums from Ninefold Distillery. Of course we can't forget the incredible gins from Crafty Distillery! Please come along and join us for an incredible night of local performances, a brilliant atmosphere and even better drink!
