Unoccupied and boarded up since 2017, Scottish charity Trad Music Trust developed this former bank premises into one of the region's most exciting new live music and performing arts venues.

The Vault Arts Centre is perfectly located in the heart of Newton Stewart, has modern facilities including bar and staff and is fully wheelchair accessible.

Professional PA system and lighting, stage, kitchen, seating for 30, Internet access and wheelchair accessible throughout.

TVYP meetings provide an opportunity for members to plan their events, activities and projects at The Vault Arts Centre.

Bluegrass Session

The Bluegrass session is an all inclusive space for musicians of any age/skill level to come along and play with others. We play a wide range of bluegrass music and accept all tunes, as long a you're having fun you're welcome to join us! The session also provides an excellent atmosphere to just come along and enjoy the music and the craic'. We have a fully stocked bar in house, filled with the finest local beer/ales, gins and rums. If you're looking for a place to enjoy classic blues vibes and a refreshing pint, the Bluegrass Song Session if for you!
