Aberdeen band Connor Clark & The Matador Kings return to The Vault Arts Centre hot on the heels of the release of their fantastic new single, 'Can You Feel It?'. Support is from outstanding young vocalist/songwriter and musician Rachel May.
Connor Clark And The Matador Kings
Superb, ones-to-watch, punk/rock/indie band from Aberdeen. With influences ranging from Foo Fighters to Retro Video Club, they combine an indie sound with heavy punk/rock tones; staggered, electrifying guitar riffs and anthemic lyrics that leave you wanting more!
Starting out in late 2017 the band have progressed with every show they play, performing in their hometown of Aberdeen as well as at venues throughout Scotland, including Glasgow and Edinburgh. The band have also performed in Manchester.
The band performed at The Vault Arts Centre in early 2020 and impressed with their tight, energetic, set and we're delighted to be welcoming them back hot on the heels of the release of their fantastic new single 'Can You Feel It?'.
Rachel May
Coming home for her debut performance at the Vault, local singer-songwriter Rachel will be supporting with an acoustic set of self-penned tunes. With a heavy Pop influence, Rachel also dips her toe into a range of genres from Jazz to EDM to Country with her self-produced demos posted to Soundcloud: Rachel May. Rachel has been dabbling in the live music scene of Glasgow, and here at the Vault we can’t wait to hear her perform!
